Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases, including:

Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@brennaking.com before returning your item.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • If your return is approved for a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

For returns on items valued over $75, we highly recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without a tracking number.
